We are excited to announce our summer seminar offering for 2008, “The Small Practitioners Guide to MBT”.
This MBT summer seminar will cover topics such as: an overview of MBT, calculating gross receipts & modified gross receipts, estimated payments, SURTAX planning, getting credit where credit is due, form development, enforcement and tax policy, and unitary filing, apportionment and multistate tax issues.
