Residential Participant Placement
and Roommate Requests

Conference Services will provide you with a list of rooms assigned to your group, with capacities, gender assignments, and bathroom locations listed.  You may assign all participants as you wish, with roommates designated.  Conference Services will enter your group into our rooms management system as requested.
