Registration

Our staff is trained and prepared to hold a registration that will run smoothly and efficiently. A University Housing staff member leads the registration and can answer questions and resolve issues. Campers proceed through a series of stops in order to complete registration.

1. University Housing Stop One: Fill Out Table – Here campers turn in their housing permission slips [link to TBD page or file] and fill out registration cards. [link to TBD page] Parents or guardians are required to list the names of every adult permitted to pick up the camper and to sign the back of the card. If a parent or guardian in unavailable to sign the back of the card, the head coach is asked to designate someone to do so. A camp staff member verifies that forms are filled out correctly.

2. University Housing Stop Two: Collectors’ Table – Here campers purchase commuter meals, or receive a meal pass.

3. University Housing Stop Three: Checker Table – Here campers receive their room assignments [link to Residential Camper Placement and Roommate Requests page] and key, and hand in their registration cards [link to TBD page or file]. Parents are not permitted to go to the Checker Table with campers. It is important that each camper listens carefully to the procedures at this table on their own. With fewer people at this stop, registration goes more smoothly.

4. University Housing Stop Four: Exit Table – Here campers are informed of the procedures to follow after registration. They will be given a lanyard to attach their key which they must wear at all times when in the building.

Check-in Times

Check-in times vary according to each camp. Please refer to your individual camp schedule for actual times. Call 734.763-6766 for information regarding your particular camp, or check the camp website.

Late Registration

If any campers are not able to attend the scheduled registration time, they will be able to register later in the residence hall. The camp’s office staff will have a special table set up in the lobby for this purpose.
