Resident and Staff Identification

To assist in identifying summer program residential participants, University Housing will provide a lanyard with the room key and/or ID.

Lanyards

Lanyards are only issued to residential campers, not commuting campers. The University Housing Conference Coordinator for your group will advise you on the procedures for obtaining lanyards.

It is highly recommended that distribution and control of the lanyards be the responsibility of one individual staff member.

Stress to campers that their lanyards must be worn whenever they are in the building. If the lanyard is not visible, Department of Public Safety personnel and University Housing representatives will ask to see identification.

A broken lanyard may be exchanged for a new one.
